These kids need to go somewhere tropical! Xiana is loving the flower garden... Kolton is loving all things rocks sticks and balls.
Oh, and dirt...
and bats...
At Tball he truly wants to play. He spends the entire time trying to escape my reach. He runs to home or 3rd base with serious focus. He wants those kids to throw him the ball something fierce. I will stand and point out the game to him while he squirms and tries to fling himself out of my arms... then his daddy will take him in the outfield where he will contentedly clap his hands and point out all the action.
And Xiana improves with every game. She has hit it off the pitch at least one each game for the last portion of the season. She has even caught a few balls....and been tackled a time or two...
All in all I think this has been a successful, if not slightly annoying (weather, schedule, time) season. I'm very happy the kids have all improved and got to enjoy trying something new.
And this little stud muffin can't wait till his turn!!!!
