Thanksgiving

Our Thanksgiving was just about as lovely as any that could be had.  We had Ekco, my family, Garrett's girlfriend, Kelli, Nic, Karla and their kids, and our dear friends Helen and Al, and Brian's sister, Ali.  It was wonderful company, exceptional food, and stellar conversation.  We stuffed ourselves silly with an assortment of appetizers, main courses, side dishes, and pies.  The kids played unceasingly, the adults played a few rounds of catch phrase, and best of all, Brian stayed for the enjoyment leaving on his hunt the following morning instead.  I was grateful for that!

The next night, the boys generously took the kids to Chuck E Cheese while the girls went to Twilight and sushi.  That's a tradition I could get used to!  During the day, we took the stir crazy kids to the golf course and finished driving a remote control car and finding golf balls just as the cavalcade of golf carts appeared for a scramble.  We ran off the course laughing.  Kolton LOVES the car.  We could scarcely keep him off it as he chased it for literal miles. It was a lovely day, and the weather was kind.
