We kept up our traditional new year family shooting day this year. We were elated to find snow in the hills (an absolute anomaly for the past 3 years running! I'm not sure what happened to winter around here!) We only shot for a little bit before the kids persuaded their daddy to drag them up and down the hill on inner tubes. Oh the fun they had! Argenta and I sat from the warm truck watching them and eating vanilla wafers. A few days later we went again, but the snow was gone so our baby got to wear her first set of ear plugs. Life is good!
