Tahoe in August is its most beautiful time of year. We spent many days there, and as I promised the kids, watched the sun go down while sitting on the beach. Even still, we all wanted to stay, soaking up the promise of this season for as long as humanly possible. "Stay sun, stay light, stay children, stay bright."
