Clam Beach

Also otherwise known as picture overload, this was our second day at Clam beach, which was our favorite.  The sand was finely grated and the winds were blocked.  We had much fun following the littles around, jumping off of the little dunes, splashing around in the water, looking for seashells, and digging in the mud.  Mostly though, we followed the little steps of a 1-year-old as he made his way, independently, somewhat defiantly around the beach. He chased birds, ate sand, got muddy, and generally had the time of his life.  The pictures say it all, and again, I could not elliminate a single one.  They were all so utterly perfect! 

Kolton loved getting his hands in the water and was completely angered by the end of that particular game.  Xiana and Ekco also liked getting their hands wet... and the thrill of running away from the crashing waves.
