- She started crawling a couple weeks before Thanksgiving at 5 1/2 months. She hasn't stopped speedily moving since. Just before that she mastered sitting up by herself. The two milestones were almost simultaneous.
- She's a social little creature. She waves at everyone who passes by and says, "haaa!" enthusiastically.
- She got her first tooth at five months... a few days later her second (bottom front). About a month later she popped out her top two, and now, at 8 months she has 4 on top and 2 on bottom.
- She stands up on EVERYTHING! All day. Every day. She seeks things to prop up on and stands on them.
- She mastered the stairs about two weeks after she started crawling. This little girl doesn't mess around.
- Her hair has changed from brown to a silvery blonde which matches her name perfectly.
- Her eyes are changing from blue to hazel, just like Kolton's did.
- She claps and says "yay" at everything exciting.
- While she nurses, she pats my breast to make a clapping sound. If I block it, she smacks her head to make a similar sound.
- She's the happiest baby!!
- She tippy toes at surfaces to grab whatever she can get her hands on.
- She hasn't figured out how to go down the stairs backwards, but she's figured out that if she lays on her tummy and stretches her little arms to the edge, she can alligator crawl off the step. When she does so, she's always very proud. She has the perfect balance to prevent her back side from flipping over her front.
- She sings and dances whenever she hears music and at the dinner table when Brian pounds on the table.
- She's cheerful and exciteable and literally explodes when she sees her mommy, daddy, siblings, or grandma.
- She often crawls with her head down to barrel anything in front of her out of her way.
- She's a force to be reckoned with. And she is the most delightful thing in my world!

Argenta, Argenta, Argenta
This blog is so Argenta heavy these days, but I have to admit, the baby of the house always experiences more milestones at a faster rate than the older kids. So, once again, all about Argenta:
