3 1/2 months and...
3 1/2 years. What a pair! These kids are growing so fast we can hardly keep up! Kolton began rolling over on 8/28/11 and hasn't stopped since. The only problem is that he frequently gets stuck on his tummy which he does not like. He manages to get back over or he screams until someone gives him a little nudge. He LOVES his big sister almost as much as she loves him.
We have been waiting for these shoes to fit for 2 years! They finally fit and then... didn't anymore because they were too tight after about a month of wear... go figure.
Xiana loves to hold her baby brother and make him laugh. He laughs at her more than anyone else. Everything she does he finds amusing. I have a rule now that she isn't allowed to talk while he's nursing because he is way too easily distracted by her voice.
I love to watch Xiana dance. She is so free with her movement and facial expressions. Her arms go up and she sways and pumps and spins. It's awesome just like her.
Every time we get these two together they hold hands. It is the sweetest thing ever when kids naturally hold one another's hands. It's like they get it... they get each other; they get the big picture; they just get it. It's so fun to watch them grow together and hear them talk and squeal and giggle. Life is beautiful.
