For
Ekco's birthday in Sparks we went to
Boomtown with the cousins. I didn't get a single good shot there but let's just say we went on the max flight simulator after much persuasion on her part and... well... it's her party and she'll cry if she wants to. It was a bit much. We were upside down for most of the 3 minutes... of course I loved it! I think she enjoyed it at the start, but I also don't think there will be many of these rides in her future. We came home and enjoyed birthday cake. I think Brian forgot to count to 10 and instead used the entire box of candles.
The next day we went to the park for Ella to ride her bike no training wheels. She acted like she'd been doing it her whole life.
Xiana is getting the hang of the scooter thanks to Kate for letting her inherit a spider man 3 wheeled scooter.... she'll advance to her Barbie 2 wheeled scooter some day.
I lover he little 80's get up. She selects this shirt all the time.
Ekco got some celebrity perfume and a Taylor Swift
cd from Kevin. It's a great album... or at least it was the first 10 times :)
The little ones rocked on with their training wheels... it got the wheels turning in my head. Perhaps
Xiana should
join the bike world.... and certainly
Ekco should!
Just tuckering along...
Kevin brought a bunch of fruit that was an excellent park snack. Also, Bobby came with us as he was in town for just a few days. It was wonderful to see him! Strawberries are delicious!
