All Grown Up

Xiana officially moved into her own room. I didn't want kids in there until there was no longer a sliding glass door so.... Brian did some serious construction. Then, Xiana opted for a very adult dark grey paint on the walls.  I repainted all of her furniture with Kristin's help in a teal chalk paint and then distressed it. The final product is stunning.... but also a little sad to leave behind the baby colors of her last room and the vibrant pink and yellow of what was Ekco's room.

Life Cycles

Xiana was the star in her  Life Cycles play at school. She got to be the narrator AND a butterfly! She is a natural with her ability to memorize lines and her command of the stage.  Watch out Hollywood!!

Life

Our life includes:

• Hair in Argenta's face unless it is in lots of rubber bands... no matter what
• Fresh blooming flowers
• A new couch and a new rug (thanks Kacie!)
• Little kids in hammocks
• Garden (gigantic as usual)
